We engaged Thea Geerts for the purchase of our new home (in Bilthoven) and the sale of our old one (in De Bilt). We are very satisfied! She guides and advises throughout the entire process, including aftercare. We chose Thea because she has been active as a real estate agent in De Bilt and surrounding areas for a long time and we heard good things about her. We approached her early in the process and were impressed by her knowledge and experience. But on top of that, she is very involved and put us completely at ease during sometimes very exciting moments. She handled the preparation very professionally and ensured that good external experts were engaged and that they 'delivered' quickly. All of this has resulted in a successful purchase and sale.

After being called with the request to remove my criticism, it was agreed that Thea Geerts would call my father-in-law and offer her apologies. She promised to do this if I removed my text. I did so immediately. To this day, she has never called. Waiting a year seems somewhat excessive.
Thea and Orhan sold the house of our parents in 'no time' for a fantastic price. Sympathetic company, do more than they promise, alert, respond directly to questions. Very professional, with the atmosphere of a family business. Their network of contacts (stylist, gardener, energy consultant) was also useful and adequate. I can recommend this real estate agent to everyone! Top!

We recently bought our dream house in (the crazy market of) Utrecht and could not be happier and more grateful that Thea and Jaimy guided us through the process. Thea is not only very good at her work, she is also an honest person who always ensures you know what you are buying and does her research. Although we experienced some disappointments from other service providers during the purchase process, Thea was the absolute highlight of this journey and I cannot recommend her enough.
When we started our search for a home in Utrecht, we began by viewing several houses for orientation purposes. After speaking with two purchasing brokers, we weren’t really enthusiastic yet. It wasn't until we viewed a property on Plankstraat that we met Thea; she was the selling broker there. She takes the time and works from genuine enthusiasm. We were so impressed that we decided to ask her to help us as a purchasing broker, and with success! Ultimately, we found our perfect little house. Thea helped us enormously by critically reviewing the properties, thinking along well with us, speaking to neighbors, and using her network. Also all praise for Jaimy who always managed to schedule favorable viewing appointments while taking multiple agendas into account.

What a drama this realtor is. Thea seems decisive, but during the sales process it became chaos. Appointments forgotten, purchase contract with errors. What a regret that I went into business with her. Heard in the neighborhood that she herself was purchased by another client and there is a lawsuit against her!!!
