When purchasing our house in De Bilt, Thea was the selling real estate agent. Although Thea really tries her best, she is very careless, communicates poorly, and does not keep appointments. After the purchase of the house, the agreement was that we could visit the house again to take some measurements. At the agreed time, no one appeared, later a wrong key was given to us, and ultimately we were only able to pick up the key late in the evening from the cleaner. In other words, a day off for nothing. During the handover, an incorrect list was delivered, causing several kitchen appliances/white goods to be taken away that should have remained. There was goodwill from Thea to resolve this quickly. But when it came down to it, Thea did not respond to messages and did not answer her phone. Ultimately 2 weeks of discussion after which a stove was finally installed. Thea's chaos was a blemish on the purchase of our house.

Pleasant communication and listens well to the customer's wishes. Definitely a broker to recommend.

I found it a great adventure. 'Just' buying a house, that doesn't exist. So much is involved that you have absolutely no knowledge of. Thea really helped me fantastically! I could always call or drop by with all my questions.

We engaged Thea Geerts for the purchase of our new home (in Bilthoven) and the sale of our old one (in De Bilt). We are very satisfied! She guides and advises throughout the entire process, including aftercare. We chose Thea because she has been active as a real estate agent in De Bilt and surrounding areas for a long time and we heard good things about her. We approached her early in the process and were impressed by her knowledge and experience. But on top of that, she is very involved and put us completely at ease during sometimes very exciting moments. She handled the preparation very professionally and ensured that good external experts were engaged and that they 'delivered' quickly. All of this has resulted in a successful purchase and sale.

The realtor is very good but this is not the property we sold. Marie Curie lane was not our property. Perhaps you can change this. The property sold is Hessenweg 90C

After being called with the request to remove my criticism, it was agreed that Thea Geerts would call my father-in-law and offer her apologies. She promised to do this if I removed my text. I did so immediately. To this day, she has never called. Waiting a year seems somewhat excessive.

Thea and Orhan sold the house of our parents in 'no time' for a fantastic price. Sympathetic company, do more than they promise, alert, respond directly to questions. Very professional, with the atmosphere of a family business. Their network of contacts (stylist, gardener, energy consultant) was also useful and adequate. I can recommend this real estate agent to everyone! Top!

What a drama this realtor is. Thea seems decisive, but during the sales process it became chaos. Appointments forgotten, purchase contract with errors. What a regret that I went into business with her. Heard in the neighborhood that she herself was purchased by another client and there is a lawsuit against her!!!
