Excellent, reliable and helpful service! Buying a home is never easy, but also exciting. Many questions come up, many processes that you don't understand and the confrontation with the crazy Dutch bidding process is an absolute nightmare. Hediyeh made everything flow very smoothly. She helped us with the purchase of our first house in the Netherlands. She is an excellent real estate agent with a lot of experience. The whole process went smoothly, quickly and professionally. She always responded quickly when I called or emailed her; her explanations were very clear. Because of our daytime working hours, we were even present in the evenings and on weekends to support us in our decisions. We had some problems with Welocate, with whom we had a contract, but Hediyeh was super helpful in quickly and smoothly resolving everything. She was present during viewings of potential houses and also during the viewing and appointments with the notary. Hediyeh's assessment of the bidding was always very accurate and she was very honest in her advice. Every question we had, was carefully and professionally answered. We wholeheartedly recommend Hediyeh for the purchase, sale or advice during these processes. Hediyeh has a very pleasant personality, excellent customer service and a personal approach.
