Mega bad! They list houses on their website as new or available for sale and when you call to make an appointment, they're already sold, in short, they leave houses on the website so it LOOKS like they have houses for sale. Keep your website updated!!!!!!

They did not make an appointment with the selling broker and withdrew as a buyer's agent 1 day before the viewing of the last open house of the house. The reason for this? Just excuses that they are very busy and due to circumstances. This office is very unreliable! If you want to buy or sell a house through van Overbeek Makelaars, I would strongly advise against it.
