Everything, in my opinion, was based on the wishes of the notary, and as a result, the real estate agent exceeded all legal standards, which cost us a lot of money. The legal deadline within 6 weeks of transfer after the preliminary purchase agreement was not adhered to, but rather 5 weeks later both the real estate agent and the notary lied to us. The wishes of the buyer and seller were completely disrespected. I have learned from this ..I will never sell my house through a real estate agent again. Put it on Marktplaats (Marketplace), much better.

For me, these are enough reasons not to sell my own properties through them in the future. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can't imagine that they would bother to really close the best deal for sellers. It feels like it’s all about making money as quickly and easily as possible, without any serious effort or customer focus.

They did not make an appointment with the selling broker and withdrew as a buyer's agent 1 day before the viewing of the last open house of the house. The reason for this? Just excuses that they are very busy and due to circumstances. This office is very unreliable! If you want to buy or sell a house through van Overbeek Makelaars, I would strongly advise against it.
