They offered too little for my house, I'm glad I had another appraiser come, after Kolpa was there, I thought they were going to put in their pocket, scammers.

I was very disappointed with my experience with real estate agent Kolpa. They showed me an office and indicated that I could get it if I submitted my documents neatly and on time. After a day of contacting them to ask if they had received my documents, they stated that everything was fine. A week later, I received an email stating that the office had been rented to another party. It was unprofessional and discouraging to discover that my time and effort were for nothing.

Although we didn't find our house with Kolpa, they responded to us very nicely, punctually and completely throughout the entire process (and afterwards). Had a pleasant collaboration with them!

Kolpa leaves residents literally out in the cold without heating or hot water because they don't have a key to the apartment where the central heating system is located. Nobody lives there, so yes... That is a problem. But although the lady on the phone does her best, the responsible people are unavailable on their oh so beloved Friday afternoon. Well .... A scandalous way of doing business.

Worked together with them several times and always very accessible, quick and clear response. Always pleasant contact with both Anouk and Sebastiaan. Personally, I find it important that everything is legally perfect, and I certainly get that feeling with this real estate agent.

The mistake made by trusting their promises and words ultimately cost me thousands of euros. Do not believe their lies when they make false promises to make your life easier. Terrible experience.

worst experience ever! -reachable until the signing of the pre-agreement, after which 80% of questions and requests are ignored, -my offer stated: client wanted to buy the property sooner, which ultimately didn't matter. I received the house 1 month later - a total of 2 months (while he - my realtor - joked that it would be impossible for me to get the mortgage within 9 days - which I did). -hidden costs approx. 1,200,- which he did not explain beforehand (registration in the land registry, various costs, interpreter etc.). -lied about the estimated cost of central heating (7,5k) and that he knew someone who was reliable to do it - when I asked for his contact details after purchase, my realtor disappeared. Central heating was above 11k. -delayed in arranging the technical inspection. Originally he wanted to do it himself (to get more money) - not allowed - and after realizing that it wasn't allowed, he referred me to another 'acquaintance' man who only did the appraisal report - they blamed each other or my agent had asked him to perform the technical inspection or not. -to my disappointment I escalated matters twice and mentioned that I would give negative criticism on Funda/Google. Precisely then, the first time his daughter went to hospital, the second time his mother passed away. Really an unfortunate turn of events - again my condolences to my agent Gerard!!! The team should have intervened. -after signing the preliminary agreement there was a large leak in the ceiling for which he promised to set aside 2,000-3,000,000 euros from the purchase price so that I could repair it, which never happened. -total loss amounted to approximately 6k-10k, added to the 4k that I paid them to do nothing - large loss on my bank account. The overbid was 13% above the asking price and the property had major problems with electricity, bathroom, roof, storage room etc. - which he could have challenged further to protect the client. -total lack of knowledge of national mortgage guarantee A Dutch colleague told me that I should reduce their compensation by 2k for the poor service they provide (which they did acknowledge), but I preferred to pay the full amount (maybe my fault) and at the same time give my honest and substantiated emails - feedback here for the information of potential customers. Please stay away!!!

Initially a very friendly group of real estate agents, as buyers we even received a bottle of wine when signing the purchase agreement. Unfortunately, the sale ended bitterly. After signing the purchase agreement, they became uncooperative and the collaboration was far from pleasant. As if that weren't enough, they lost the keys to the house after the transfer was signed, preventing us from entering the house. We never received an apology for this. We have no experience of what it is like to work with Kolpa as sellers, but we would not recommend it.

Very rigid realtor, who mainly focuses on regulations and legal liability, and is completely closed off to suggestions or cooperating with possible alternative solutions. It's terribly difficult to get the keys to the property to take measurements for kitchen, flooring, etc. suppliers. And this while the purchase deed has already been signed at the notary's office. They also strongly emphasize that cleaning is not allowed, only taking measurements and then immediately returning the key. I will not recommend this realtor!
