I didn't do any preliminary research but agreed on a percentage of 2%. I had 2 houses next to each other; they were for sale for two weeks. Afterwards, I was somewhat shocked by the price due to the speed of the sale, slightly below the asking price. As I said, maybe that’s normal in real estate.
