Bad realtor. Appointment not possible as a buying party after 16:30, evenings or Saturdays. I am flexible but this company is not at all. Then my girlfriend went alone. She had a few simple technical questions and about the plot. Didn't get adequate answers and had to leave after fifteen minutes. This man was very poorly/not prepared. Little customer friendliness. Just a really bad company. Worthless, a disgrace to any realtor who does know their job.

Of course we went for the Best again! This time Mark purchased a beautiful home for us and afterwards sold our little palace. Due to the gorgeous photo reportage, I almost wanted to live there myself. Pleasant, cozy, friendly and clear communication and interaction with the entire team, especially the WhatsApp group. Kept informed about everything per minute, also super easy since I often have many questions! Big thumbs up for the whole team.

A year (!) after I withdrew the order for the sale of my house due to this realtor's slow processing, I suddenly received an invoice for a “media fee” of 600 euros, while it was clearly stated on his website that no media costs would be charged upon withdrawal of the order. After I pointed this out to him, this text suddenly disappeared from his website, but I did take a screenshot of it! Previously, this realtor promised a discount of 60% on the commission for the purchase of my new home if I brought the house myself (outside of his portfolio), which I also did. However, when the notary prepared the bill, the full percentage was charged. Persistently, they say afterwards that the discount was only for a first house and this was the second.. The slow processing of this realtor became clear to me during the negotiations regarding the asking price of the property. When there was no response from the seller's realtor and Staveren advised me to wait until after the weekend, I decided to ignore his advice and started looking for the phone number of the owner myself and had a deal within 10 minutes. Then my house in the Jordaan still had to be sold. There was a lot of interest, but many of the planned viewings were already cancelled beforehand because there was sometimes a week between making the appointment and the actual viewings. After three months of poor advice (the asking price was changed several times) and sluggish tactics, I withdrew the order and outsourced it to another realtor. The house was sold the same day after being placed on Funda to one of the three bidders for well above the asking price! Bart, I have paid your bill, good luck with your Karma.

After verbal agreement on the purchase of a property and initiating it, this broker still negotiated with other parties regarding the same property. Thereby driving the buyer to costs for a price which was no longer realistic for the relevant property. Primarily, I am very disappointed in the weak attitude of the selling broker. He should have stuck to his point with respect to the third party. The property had already been sold. Selling a sold property again for more money, simply because there was legally room for it. Leaving a dreaming young woman behind in sadness, anger and disappointment. I am stunned. Integrity is nowhere to be found here.
