Very pleasant experience with Robert from De Vliegende Makelaar. We bought a house in Heiloo, where they handled the sale. In that capacity, we had a lot of contact with Robert and he always responded quickly, friendly and professionally. Furthermore, he took plenty of time during the viewing (we were inside for approximately 1 hour). After the deal went through, he also gave very useful tips about renovation and financing.

Zero stars for the viewings. We had an appointment for a viewing, but these people didn't show up. Despite us reminding them a day in advance, they claim that our appointment was a day later. But according to them, that wasn't a problem: they would have canceled the appointment anyway because the house was already sold. I'm glad I took half a day off from work for this delightful combination of rudeness and a kick in the pants. Also note that this real estate office is not an NVM member.

Unreliable. You're happy, the house of your dreams because your bid has been accepted! And then he still accepts a higher bid from someone else without you getting the chance to respond to it. That doesn't feel right and there is surely something behind it that is, to put it mildly, not nice. I will never sell my house again and I will also never buy a house that you sell.

Hello everyone, I want to share a recent experience I had with this real estate agent that was quite dubious. Several important renovations of the house would have been done under the table, meaning no bills or business names are registered for them. This means there is no guarantee it’s reliable. The first time we went to view the house, we saw considerable damage on the roof due to a leak. The second time, all you could see were fresh paint marks and he acted like nothing had happened. He has some kind of agreement with another mortgage advisor who also came over but was extremely unprofessional. For obvious reasons, we decided not to proceed with him. After making that decision, the real estate agent kept talking about the house and the offer, and honestly, when you compare his work, the viewing experience, information on the house, etc., to other houses we recently viewed, he doesn’t even come close to a professional real estate agent's standards. You need to stop taking 'funny' (SPOILER ALERT! Not funny at all and sometimes nerve-wracking) photos of yourself in the house, and start collecting portfolios of the properties to provide information about them and most importantly: ensure transparency.

Excellent agency to completely hand over the sale of our inherited property. Clear communication, pleasant contact and handled the situation with utmost respect. Both Tim and Robert appeared extremely professional to us.

I have personally never been treated so unprofessionally. The real estate agent had added something to the advertisement on Funda that turned out not to be true. We did not receive any information beforehand (in this case, they didn't have the energy label, we had asked for it) and submitted a bid. Later we received it and found out that it was missing. We discussed it, we wanted a compromise. It did not (adequately) happen. The seller of course didn't want this because he hadn’t put it there, which I don’t find strange. The real estate agent takes no responsibility. We all decided to continue searching. After some time, we received another message whether they were still interested and it came from the goodness of their hearts to do it right, then not taking the bid seriously and also trying to make a welles-nietus game out of it. If there had been clear communication and acted with integrity, this would not have happened but it has become an absurd situation. I certainly won’t be dealing with this real estate agent anymore.

We experienced Tim as a pleasant realtor. He cares about you and does his best to present the house beautifully - with success - and when purchasing another house, Tim always collaborated with us. It was quite an exciting process, due to our budget limitations combined with the volatile housing market. Tim successfully guided us through it all with his optimistic and realistic involvement. Tim always responds quickly, thinks in terms of possibilities, and is proactive.

A realtor who does more than you expect! Always punctual. Creates a nice presentation of your house. Photo’s, energy label and measurements arranged in a record time. Therefore the house can be sold quickly.

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with Tim as a real estate agent. After accepting a counter-offer following an initial bid, we discovered the house was sold the night before because we heard nothing the next day. A verbal agreement is therefore not valid for this broker. It may be due to these times, but we were not happy.
