Wanted to buy a house, called and emailed, Monday was supposed to be a viewing, we were emailed on Sunday evening that it was sold, no contact is made by phone to clarify, worthless that you don't get a chance.

Deficient information about the progress. Bid submitted and no chance to make a counterbid. Seller wanted the purchase price immediately. Something that is very unusual.

Went very smoothly. I asked about the average time for the sale of the property in question. The real estate agent answered an average of 1 month. House sold within 10 days, and sold above the asking price. Agricola Real Estate does everything in consultation with me and is honest and genuine, keeps their promises.

Agricola is reliable, does what he says for a fair price. Makes no empty promises or hollow words.

Wanted to buy a garage box through Agricola Makelaardij. Submitted a neat offer, Mr. gave very nice promises but ultimately the offer was rejected. We didn't get a 2nd chance and unfortunately Mr. did not keep his word in the phone conversation. I think it’s very unfortunate to have to write this review, but in these hard times I prefer to be honest. If I had had a positive experience, I would of course also have shared it via a review. But alas... Who knows, maybe I can adjust this someday ;)

Disappointing... A viewing could be quickly scheduled. That's about all there is to say about it. Fairly free of work and people arranged for the viewing. Then we were cancelled a day before the viewing. The house had already been sold. No chance was given. The buying party would fit well there, but the conditions under which they were a suitable party were the same conditions under which we could buy. I received the answer that they unfortunately didn't know that, indicating that nothing was asked of us either.

Complaints about property managers can be reported to 'the property manager's chamber'. Through this chamber, a disciplinary procedure can be started. Mr. Oostra has already been summoned. The allegations against Mr. Oostra have been declared well-founded. We have experienced Mr. Oostra in exactly the same way as described in the review below by C.S. Oostra’s actions are best described as white-collar crime. Oostra abuses the property management position and certainly does not adhere to the code of conduct.

Unreliable party! Mr. Oostra is arrogant and possesses no competence befitting the code of conduct of an NVR receiver. Certainly does not act in good faith, lies and deceives, is completely careless and certainly not honest. Definitely do not do business with him; he says he's too busy to return calls or answer a phone call, so he certainly can’t use any new clients, clearly not capable enough.
