Get an appraisal done by this realtor. pffff too pathetic! He was familiar with this property, he said, and that was his fault. He only came to satisfy his curiosity. Ran like a chicken without a head through the house and asked if the attic was insulated... no of course not I said. Houses from 2006 and everything else is perfectly well isolated, we really won't do the attic space.... The bank indicated that after our renovation the property would be worth more than 50,000. The realtor from KW comes with a pathetic 325000. hahahaha and then we are supposed to be very happy!!! That same evening a man comes over and walks around looking at our house from all sides... yes you guessed it: a friend ws of the realtor who thinks he can buy a cupboard cheaply. Four other realtors invited for an appraisal and they fall off their chairs in amazement and wonder if he is still suitable as a realtor... Their value lies between 450 and 550,000 ........ meanwhile sold and far above the pathetic prices of Kral Westen.
