Always spoken to kindly and neatly. Staff are skilled in their profession and helped me well with making the various choices, including a mortgage but also different insurances. There was always room for questions and reflection on the choices. They also thought along well with the different choices. The atmosphere is pleasant, you are greeted upon arrival and coffee or tea is always offered. Thank you for the help and advice!

Date unknownCalled on Tuesday, with the assurance that an appointment would be scheduled for a viewing, sent another SMS on Friday just to see if it had slipped through the cracks, no response received. Apparently, Erdman company is doing so well that they can simply ignore potential home buyers. We will skip this one in our search for a property. Received absolutely no reaction afterwards, not even a 'sorry, something went wrong'.

You make an appointment for an appraisal, and the gentleman casually cancels a few hours beforehand. Reason: they already have plenty of work. We are also busy. But we still make time in our agenda for this appointment. Which now will not take place. Wasted effort and a waste of our time.

We are always helped correctly and expertly with attention to our specific situation where I am not an easy customer and have always done my homework. Questions are answered quickly and adjustments are processed well. With the second mortgage, all loan components and various options were discussed with corresponding risk profiles. Also the increase (unfortunately necessary due to rising costs for new construction) without problems and notary because the advice was good initially, therefore saving notary fees. We will definitely arrange our next mortgage through Boekelo (Menno) again.

Date unknownGet an appraisal done by this realtor. pffff too pathetic! He was familiar with this property, he said, and that was his fault. He only came to satisfy his curiosity. Ran like a chicken without a head through the house and asked if the attic was insulated... no of course not I said. Houses from 2006 and everything else is perfectly well isolated, we really won't do the attic space.... The bank indicated that after our renovation the property would be worth more than 50,000. The realtor from KW comes with a pathetic 325000. hahahaha and then we are supposed to be very happy!!! That same evening a man comes over and walks around looking at our house from all sides... yes you guessed it: a friend ws of the realtor who thinks he can buy a cupboard cheaply. Four other realtors invited for an appraisal and they fall off their chairs in amazement and wonder if he is still suitable as a realtor... Their value lies between 450 and 550,000 ........ meanwhile sold and far above the pathetic prices of Kral Westen.

04 Nov 2024Unreliable Real Estate Agent. Told beautiful stories during the viewing. When you ask for more information a few days later, a very essential structural aspect turns out to be absolutely incorrect. When asked if he can provide any justification for this point, he replies that he will request it from the seller. The purchase price and conditions were discussed with the Real Estate Agent. He says he will pass this on to the selling party. Subsequently, the next morning, the property is listed as 'Under offer' on Funda. So we think this is our bid and wait for clarification from the Real Estate Agent regarding the structural aspect. There is complete radio silence and we hear nothing from the Real Estate Agent. After 2 weeks, we eventually call the Real Estate Agent. To our great surprise, the property has been sold. Not to us, however. Apparently, this Real Estate Agent plays potential buyers against each other during his evening phone calls. He blames the selling party because they cannot provide proof. However, the real estate agent invented a story himself. During the clarifying conversation, the Real Estate Agent comes up with another 'special story' and then blames the selling party. Now he is coming up with excuses afterwards for failing to call us. However, he does not apologize for his machinations and untruths.
