Unreliable party! Mr. Oostra is arrogant and possesses no competence befitting the code of conduct of an NVR receiver. Certainly does not act in good faith, lies and deceives, is completely careless and certainly not honest. Definitely do not do business with him; he says he's too busy to return calls or answer a phone call, so he certainly can’t use any new clients, clearly not capable enough.

Oostra’s actions are best described as white-collar crime. Oostra abuses the property management position and certainly does not adhere to the code of conduct.
