Date unknownWe are so happy that we had Vastgoed boutique Unyk as our buyer's agent! Because we are critical first-time buyers, it was sometimes a difficult task to find 'the' house. Luckily, we didn't have to do this alone, but Neeltje always helped us. From the beginning, it felt familiar: very accessible, always quick to respond, and above all someone who really thinks along with you. Not only was she honest in her advice (even when something wasn't fun to hear), she also did thorough research and was positive and alert at every step of the purchasing process. I am very happy that she wanted to do the negotiations for me, because they can sometimes still be quite tough in the oversupplied housing market in 2025, and then you really have to keep your head cool. 08 Aug 2025We had already invited several real estate agents to our home when we wanted to sell our house. As the last one, Neeltje came. We immediately felt a good and familiar feeling with her. She walked around the house with us and indicated that she would return tomorrow with an amount on which she would appraise the house. That same afternoon, we were called by Neeltje asking if we were open to viewings for the market. Uhh yes, we do! A number of exciting weeks followed. We could always turn to Neeltje for advice. Whether it was early in the morning or later in the evening, there was always an immediate response from Neeltje. What involvement! Ultimately, we successfully sold our house. Neeltje has a very pleasant way of communicating, is proactive and expert. She guided us excellently in the targeted purchase of a holiday home. She quickly understood our needs, and communication via telephone, WhatsApp, and email was always very fast and adequate, which is very nice when you are dealing with something as 'big' as buying a house. The price-quality ratio was also top. We couldn’t really wish for more! A highly recommended address for Friesland😊

Advice is poor to non-existent, and furthermore the communication isn't very present. We wouldn't take this real estate agent again. After a problem with the buyers of our house and the way the real estate agent handled it, I lowered our star rating from 3 to 2. The real estate agent wasn't behind us and didn't help but worked against us by first contacting the buyers without informing us, a bad thing..

Wij ervaren Klaasjan als een eerlijke en oprechte makelaar met passie en humor. Iemand die écht voor je gaat. Hij heeft ons bijzonder goed geholpen met het zoeken naar een huis in Friesland. Zijn bouwkundige achtergrond kwam daarbij zeer goed van pas. Die achtergrond is eigenlijk een absolute pré in deze huidige overspannen huizenmarkt. Voor onze dochter heeft Klaasjan zich volledig ingezet om een huis in IJlst te kunnen aankopen waar zij hun zinnen op hadden gezet. Dit is door de hulp van Klaasjan gelukt. Geweldig!!! The bidding procedure (with an end date and no insight into other bids) was very clear but was something of an adjustment for a newcomer to the market. Unfortunately, there was a higher bid.

16 Oct 2024Had a lovely viewing at our dream house. The real estate agent took his time for us despite the fact that there was already a good offer for the property. It had been indicated that it would be difficult, but that we were still allowed to place an offer. The honest communication, collaborative approach and space we received created a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, it wasn't our first dream house so in the future we would like to work with the real estate agent again.

Thanks for your time, a shame about the price though as a lot needs to be done to the house. For us it's a nice place but unfortunately a lot of maintenance which we are not afraid of but price-wise it’s something.
