Unfortunately, we were called back by the real estate agent 2 hours before we were scheduled to view a house. There was an offer made on the house. This isn't the way of working we are used to with other real estate agents. With them, you have viewings, then the opportunity to make an offer after a few days, and then there is a day when the offer will be discussed with the selling party. Ultimately, you hear whether it is granted to you. Apparently, this realtor doesn't work that way. We were extremely disappointed

Very dissatisfied with the way this broker operates. We wanted to buy a property through this broker and were required to submit an online bid by a certain deadline. After the deadline had passed, and we had made the highest offer, the broker unexpectedly allowed another party to make a final bid, which we were not permitted to do. Ultimately, the other party bought the house, just above the amount we offered. The online bidding system Move is mainly used as a marketing story; this online system of the NVM should make everything transparent, but this broker works around it. The broker was little empathetic in his communication and during the second viewing, he seemed very rushed. They asked how much time we still needed while we were well within the stipulated time.

6 days ago called for info regarding the type and supplier of sliding door of house then newly sold by Makelaardij Sneek... I still haven't been called back. No sliding door company wants to come by BECAUSE they probably didn't supply it either. Well: and then?

Na uw eerste telefoontje is er direct actie door ons ondernomen en hebben wij voor u in ons archief gezocht naar het gevraagde document inzake de schuifpui, van de woning waarvan u de 2e eigenaar bent. Echter is dit document niet bij ons aanwezig en kunnen wij u de documentatie helaas niet aan u verstrekken. Wij hebben u doorverwezen naar de bouwer/aannemer destijds, maar helaas kunnen wij er ook niets aan doen als zij hier ook niet over beschikken... Er is meerdere malen contact met u geweest en wij hebben ons uiterste best gedaan om u hiermee te helpen. Nogmaals jammer voor deze review. Wij hopen dat de schuifpui snel wordt gemaakt.
