At my first viewing I immediately made an offer. This offer was known to them, but nothing was done with it. They didn't even create a Move-account for me. Phone calls are not answered while they are at the office! In the end we decided to go in person to get information, but again they acted as if there was no information available. The whole thing comes across as very unprofessional and disorganized. A particularly disappointing experience.
The house was quickly sold, the price expected by the real estate agent also matched. Furthermore, a pleasant contact with the office, everything not so static, we do like that. An unexpected problem? Then they think along. Very satisfied indeed!
