We started by making a decision, renovate or sell? Well, this has often gone back and forth. We ultimately chose to leave our beautiful spot because we have a 2-year-old daughter and we would prefer her to grow up among children in a neighborhood. The ability to play comfortably on the street, living closer to shops and schools was ultimately more important to us than the beautiful spot. Choosing a real estate agent wasn't actually difficult for us. We really wanted an agent who was personally involved in this exciting time. Beke was the perfect person for that. She is very calm, explains everything clearly, in short, perfect advice, exactly what we needed. We knew that the sale would have some quirks and drawbacks, but Beke didn't shy away from those either, and we tackled it with full courage. 1 week after putting it on the market, Corona broke out, a very exciting time for everyone, but even then Beke remained positive and that bore good fruit. We sold our house, and until the last day we were fantastically guided by Beke, and now live in the beautiful Gorredijk.
