The sale of our house went smoothly and I found it nice afterwards that you can keep beautiful photos of a house where you have lived for a long time. After the sale, things became slightly more difficult. Disagreements arose with the buyer, not a pleasant experience. Hielke always supported us in this and there was much consultation. Do not do business with them. Once the purchase agreement is signed (and the brokerage fee has been received), no further investment will be made in buyer and seller. I had to arrange everything myself with the buyer(s). Things were said and promised by the real estate agent that were not fulfilled. Information is not forwarded to the buyer(s) and there is also a waiting list during viewings, which was not mentioned beforehand. Half an hour per viewing, I personally find very short for a property with 900m2 of garden. As a result, I received people at my door after the viewings because they didn't have enough time, ended up on a waiting list, or still had questions regarding the viewing because the real estate agent didn't have time or answers to the questions. Very annoying. I was often called by the real estate agent because information was missing while I had emailed it several times. The real estate agent clearly does not have his administration in order. If anything is said about this, there are no apologies or reasons given for it. I am very dissatisfied with the actions of this real estate agent and the buyer(s) were also not allowed to contact me. Which is naturally very unprofessional. Ultimately, we arranged it ourselves because the real estate agent didn't take any extra steps. Completely lost sight of the goal of buyer and seller. A great pity, because you ultimately do pay for it. I wouldn’t invest energy in this. They seem very professional at first but in reality nothing of that remains.
