Meek tries to present himself as a reliable broker who has your best interests at heart. However, he proves susceptible to the internal agreements within the brokerage world. He deliberately sets the value of homes below market value in order to receive more in the current bidding wars. Despite his nice words, he is consciously working to push up the market for his own gain. In my case, he let me believe I had the property until just before the end of the bidding process, only to tell me via WhatsApp after a long wait that someone with cash had gone over it.
