We chose Weusthuis Makelaardij Tubbergen because the agency has built a reliable name that is constantly confirmed through word-of-mouth advertising. The sale of our home is crucial for a new life phase. Entrusting this to others is based on trust, and that was certainly not violated in our case. Pleasant from the start were the conversations with the broker about wishes and expectations and especially the sales process which is started using a step-by-step plan. All very understandable and transparent. The guidance up to and including the purchase agreement was also entirely satisfactory.

We already didn't have a good experience with this real estate agent, but this is really the lowest point. A few months ago we viewed a house, which ultimately did not match our wishes. We also indicated this to the relevant real estate agent within a week. Subsequently, you are still called several times weeks later, asking if there was still room for discussion. We indicated again that we were no longer interested and in the meantime had already bought another property, so we weren't even looking for a home anymore. Then, a few weeks later, we received an email with a price change for the property and whether we were still interested. We find it an absurd situation that you are spammed so heavily after viewing a house and clearly stating that the house doesn't suit us!

This realtor is a complete disaster. We drove all the way from Germany to the Netherlands to view houses, and in three days, they couldn't manage to show us even one house! On the second day, we even went back to the realtor to submit our documents! Of course, we had to leave, and when we called again five days later, we were told that we didn't qualify for the property – without any information or explanation! With a budget of € 5.000 per month and rent less than € 1.000!! So my question to the realtor: Do you think we are allowed to view a house if we pay you € 15.000 in cash? ;)
