Ik raad het af. Al helemaal niet met mevrouw Iwona. Arrogantie, onbeschaamdheid, onbeleefdheid, een compleet gebrek aan professionaliteit en constante leugens. Commissies worden zwart opgemaakt (ze zijn erg terughoudend met het geven van een papieren betalingsbewijs als je erom vraagt; het gaat immers om meer dan 1000 euro, en mevrouw Iwona zegt: "Dat kan ik niet, het is te veel" :) Te veel om legaal te innen en te veel om belasting over te betalen :)), de hele zaak wordt vaak afgehandeld door andere makelaarskantoren die je zelf kunt vinden (bijv. Sas Vastgoed of Santos). Na het tekenen van de documenten is het vrijwel onmogelijk om nog iets te krijgen. Het gebeurt alleen als ZIJ iets nodig hebben. Er kan van alles afbranden, instorten, overstromen, rotten, enzovoort. Ik zeg dit omdat ik bijna vijf jaar lang twee appartementen via hen heb gehuurd. En er komt geen einde aan dit soort verwennerijen... Mocht u contact willen opnemen met het bovengenoemde bedrijf, vraag dan naar mevrouw Renata 😉 Mevrouw Renata is prima. IK RAAD HET NIET AAN! U kunt Sas Vastgoed zelf wel vinden. Daar werkt Saira. Ze is erg aardig en behulpzaam. In tegenstelling tot wat Iwona u zal vertellen.
