I advise against it. Especially not with Mrs. Iwona. Arrogance, shamelessness, impoliteness, a complete lack of professionalism and constant lies. Commissions are blackened (they are very reluctant to give a paper payment receipt if you ask for it; it's about more than 1000 euros, and Mrs. Iwona says: 'I can't do that, it's too much' :) Too much to collect legally and too much to pay taxes :)), the entire matter is often handled by other real estate agencies that you can find yourself (e.g. Sas Vastgoed or Santos). After signing the documents, it's almost impossible to get anything else. It only happens if THEY need something. Anything can burn down, collapse, flood, rot, etc. I say this because I have rented two apartments through them for almost five years. And there's no end to this kind of indulgence... If you want to contact the aforementioned company, ask for Mrs. Renata 😉 Mrs. Renata is great. I DO NOT ADVISE IT! You can find Sas Vastgoed yourself. There, Saira works. She is very nice and helpful. In contrast to what Iwona will tell you.
