Hello. I bought an apartment at the end of last month through Prime Housing, led by Iwona. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team, Iwona, and everyone involved. Buying an apartment through this company was a pure pleasure and turned out to be a simple formality. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. I am very satisfied and will definitely use them again if needed. It was fantastic for me! Everything was top-notch, no complications, the entire process went incredibly quickly and pleasantly. A 10/10 for me!

I advise against it. Especially contacting Mrs. Iwona is not recommended. Arrogance, shamelessness, rudeness, a complete lack of professionalism and constant lies. Commissions being taken under the table (they are very reluctant to provide a paper payment receipt if you ask for it, after all it's more than €1000, says Mrs. Iwona: 'I can’t do that, it’s too much' :) too much to arrange legally and too much to pay taxes on :)), the entire case is often handled by other offices where you can go yourself (e.g., Sas Vastgoed or Santos). After signing the documents, it's almost a miracle if you get anything. The only exception is when THEY need something. Then it can burn down, collapse, flood, rot and whatever else may be. I say this because I rented two apartments through them for almost 5 years. And there’s no end to such delicacies... If you have to contact the above company, ask for Mrs. Renata 😉 Mrs. Renata is okay. NOT RECOMMENDED! You can reach Sas Vastgoed yourself. Saira is there. Very kind and helpful. Unlike what Iwona gives you.
