I want to thank Mrs. Iwona for the purchase of my first apartment. I can wholeheartedly recommend her; she commits 100% to what she does, she always responds, picks up the phone and receives you. I could always count on her, she has never disappointed me, she was always 100% involved, even during personal time, which is unusual. Today it's been three weeks since I bought the apartment and Mrs. Iwona is still helping and answering my questions. I would not recommend it. Especially the contact with Mrs. Iwona. Arrogance, shamelessness, rudeness, complete lack of professionalism and constant lies. Commissions are taken under the table (they are very reluctant to provide a payment confirmation on paper if you ask for it, after all it is more than €1000, Mrs. Iwona says 'I can't, it’s too much' :) too much to accept legally and too much to transfer including tax :), the whole thing is often taken care of by other offices where you can go yourself (for example Sas Vastgoed or Santos). After signing the documents, it is almost impossible to get anything. The only moment is when THEY need something. Yes, it can burn down, collapse, flood, rot and whatever else. I say this because I have rented two apartments through them for almost 5 years. And there’s no end to this kind of taste... If you want to contact the aforementioned company, ask Mrs. Renata. 😉 Mrs. Renata is fine. I recommend! You can go to Sas Vastgoed yourself. Saïra is there. Very friendly and helpful. Unlike what Iwona will give you.
