I will never rent a property managed by Vastgoedbeheer Gelderland again. We have a serious mold problem caused by moisture in a wall. It was the same when our realtor viewed the building and assured us that all the mold would be resolved by the time we moved in. That wasn't the case. We are getting incredibly sick from it, so we had to close off part of the apartment, including our master bedroom and the bathroom with shower. It has taken months and months and it is still not resolved. They just don't care! We email Reinier constantly requesting attention for the matter and all our emails are simply ignored. They are terrible people who don't care about people’s health. We are still paying the full rent, despite not having a fully habitable apartment.

Strongly advise against this company!

Good morning everyone, what do you think? What am I deploying along the Linge at 9:30 a.m. towards Arnhem? I'm overtaken by an unsociable board in a white wave with a black roof and that goes at a rotten speed, overtaking me while you can go 60 there just after a bend near the farm. To my astonishment, the realtor Ras is sitting in the car and driving at breakneck speed, certainly 80 to 100 km/h along the Linge towards Arnhem. Ras, I personally think, is already a bit of an arrogant man because he's a realtor. And thinks people can be pushed off the road and drive fast. I called his office that it wasn't intended for his behavior. But I think Mr. Ras often does this in this way and if you are late for an appointment, he leaves earlier to arrive on time for your appointment. Unsocial behavior away, especially when a realtor.

No response to appointments or anything else!

Despite the fact that I called them and sent an email to schedule an appointment on the same day of publication, they sent an email two weeks later regarding their refusal to look into it. The lady on the phone said they would contact me, but that didn't happen. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

Ras real estate agents is a company where things are apparently going so well that they have little interest in making any effort. The real estate world often complains about interested parties who no longer get back in touch after a viewing. At RAS real estate agents, this principle has been adopted and calling back after showing interest in a property is not on the agenda. Called several times, heard several times that the relevant colleague, who handles the property, would call back. That still needs to happen. If you then call for the umpteenth time and indicate that you are tired of the lack of service/attitude. Then you receive an email within 30 minutes stating that the renting party does not want to rent to you. Now that last thing is fine, that someone who offers a property for rent doesn't want to rent it to a serious candidate. But that RAS real estate agents cannot call back and, after the umpteenth complaint about this, can only send a rejection email is of course disrespectful. No apologies for not calling back, no effort taken to calmly provide feedback by phone. Nothing! And the funny thing is, they never asked me to come by and the landlord has never spoken to me about my plans... so keep in mind, if you need these people, you can be completely ignored and that they don't want to bother calling back or talking to you... We are now 8 months later and the relevant property is only now provisionally rented.

Very satisfied with RAS Makelaars. Ignas Ras has a personal approach, gave honest advice and I regularly received telephone feedback (which I found very important). He was even present together with the photographer to ensure that my property was presented as well as possible. Also very satisfied with the photos. I compared many real estate agents and RAS was truly the best in terms of price, quality, way of approach, updates and feedback, in short, in everything!

They had 1 task: to appraise a house for an nhg validation. This was a clear question. He appraised the house 5000 euros higher. This joke costs me a lot of hassle. And naturally, much more money. He thought he was doing a good thing was his answer. Thanks for nothing. He was very friendly. But I am dissatisfied. To prevent other people from experiencing this. Be very clear about what you want from an appraisal! With this broker!

From viewing to final purchase, I experienced the contact and guidance with Marko as positive. Informal when possible and formal when desired.

To our complete satisfaction, we purchased our new house and sold our old house with the help of Robert Middel. A professional, pleasant, skilled real estate agent with whom we had a very good rapport and who protected us from wrong decisions in an overheated housing market. We can and want to recommend Robert to everyone as a partner in buying and selling a home.

Rude communication. Not recommended!

The report is fine, but the communication left much to be desired. Due to a malfunction, the report could not be delivered within 7 days, which can happen, but communicate that to your client. I had to constantly take the initiative for contact. Furthermore, appointments were always made that weren't kept and I had to chase them up myself. In short, it took more than 7 days but a month and a half before we received the appraisal report. No apology or compensation afterwards either. A shame.

Bad experience. Registered through the website for a property valuation. No response. Called myself; 'Sir, I will send you an email to get things going'. No email received. The assignment goes to a competitor.

As an appraiser, they offer competitive prices but with makelaarsplein you go from bad to worse. Marko doesn't keep appointments and sends reminders for neatly paid invoices. Not even mentioning the quality of the appraisal report. I found this company downright bad. Not recommended in my opinion.

Very pleased with Robert Middel. One of the few sympathetic real estate agents of this time. And I know what I'm talking about, in my year and a half long search for a home to buy, I have met many. ;)
