Bad chaotic broker, does not keep appointments and when this happens it can be done by anyone from the office and only during office hours. As soon as the house is sold quickly, he doesn't even bother to appear with you at the notary. He likes to sell quickly, easily and well below the asking price. Not there for the seller....
