Selling a House: a very friendly real estate agent who doesn't find any question too much. He helps you everywhere and is always reachable and gives quick feedback. What I also found nice, was that he explained the difficult terms in simpler words regarding the sale of the house so that everything was clear to me. After much contact, we have had difficulty contacting this real estate agent. We were almost able to reach a deal but the agent and seller imposed conditions that we did not support. There was nothing we could do about this, and they also remained quite firm on the price because, well, the seller had to make a profit. This seller is willing to help investors make a profit, unfortunately at the expense of perhaps good service that we had expected.
