A MONEY-ORIENTED company this is!!! If you have decided to cancel at the last moment, they will still suppress you to pay for the so-called work that they have performed in the meantime. They charge 1 to 2 months' rent as a service fee while the amount is supposed to be paid by the property owner and not by the tenant. Other companies do not do that. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company and temporarily stay somewhere via Airbnb or fletcher.nl or booking.com until you have found the right apartment.
