Unfortunately a very bad experience with Hemeltje Makelaardij. They gave the buyer a verbal commitment regarding the purchase of the property, documents etc. had already been sent. Within 24 hours they reported that they were backing out because they, within these 24 hours and after the commitment to buy, received a higher offer. The requirement was to bid more while the purchase had already been promised! During the phone call, there was no sign of empathy whatsoever and it was clear that they don't care about their “happy” and then “devastated” clients; the way they do business is inhumane! No good words for this real estate agency, strong advice to go with an HONEST realtor.
