Please note, you will not receive incorrect or vague answers to important questions. Careless, the quick sale (and thus quickly earning oneself) seems to be the most important thing. So if possible: look for another selling broker.

Experience as a buyer. The real estate agent themselves were fine. 30 minutes to race through a house where there are first other people and then you are rushed because the next one is already ringing. Questions asked afterwards and I received half answers. Offer made, I received confirmation with a completely different offer in it from the realtor, probably from another bidder. Called immediately, they would investigate it and I would receive the correct confirmation. No excuse, nothing. Also heard nothing more and therefore did not receive a correct confirmation. Only called at the end of the day that our bid had not been accepted without referring to the earlier incident. Amateurish handling. The reaction below says everything because little is true. And instead of calling you even to correct your mistake or apologize, they try to twist things.
I would definitely recommend this broker. Always enthusiastic and just a little different.

After an okay viewing, a bid was placed on a terraced house. Now 8 days later and still no response received. In the meantime, the property has also participated in an open day, again without communication to me as a potential buyer. Not affiliated with NVM and that shows.
