Even when we called the office in between, we were helped very friendly and quickly. Absolutely super! Arjan subsequently provided us with excellent advice at every viewing, so we knew exactly what to do and especially not to do. Ultimately, thanks to Arjan's good advice, it was possible to buy our first home within a few months. We are incredibly happy about this! The realtor inspires confidence in every respect. I and/or we felt well guided through the entire sales process. We were able to easily address our questions and truly felt helped. The price-quality ratio I find somewhat difficult because I have no comparison material. But the costs seem reasonable to me.

This broker is fast, friendly, expert, empathetic and trustworthy. But it took 4 years before we found a house and it annoyed me quite a bit that we had to bid 'blind' for all that time. No reputable businessman would ever do something so absurd! Zuidzijde of course could do nothing about it although I do wonder if the profession of Real Estate Agents cannot object to that strange phenomenon of blind bidding.

There was no possibility to negotiate. Bid and pray. Not the broker's fault, worthless way of selling your home.
