I'm often quite critical but: What a pleasant experience it was to work with Carien! A good feeling from the first minute. No pressure to reach an agreement and anything but a 9 to 5 mentality: thinks along, anticipates, takes action (runs around during the Funda-Photo session with trash cans, coffee makers, water heaters etc), advises and assists where desirable or necessary.
