Gerard is very friendly, has a good sense of humor and communicates clearly. Very important when you are stressed out in the housing market. He is easily accessible, thinks and goes along with you, and can briefly and concisely tell you what is good and not good about a house. This is the second time he has helped us and I also fear it will be the last time since we are now in our dream home! Highly recommended.
