After an impulsive decision to schedule a viewing, I needed a buyer's agent at the last minute. A friend had recommended Huis-Raad real estate and it was a bullseye. Cindy was able to quickly adapt and make room for me in her agenda so she could join me at the viewing. Cindy gave me good instructions on what to look out for, also did an inspection herself and asked critical questions of the selling agent. After the viewing, there was plenty of time to discuss the house further. Cindy was also able to tell a lot about the neighborhood and the surrounding area, which is naturally important when buying a home. When I decided that I wanted to make an offer, Cindy advised me well. That was a success, the first house I viewed was granted to me! Sometimes it can go quickly, buying a house within a week! The handling after making the offer was also handled well, such as checking the purchase agreement and choosing the notary. Communication was good, Cindy is easily accessible, even in the evenings.
