This is a reliable couple of real estate agents. No ulterior motives in their sales tactics. And they have a lot of patience with you, if it takes a little longer.
Did not have the impression that (pro) actively traded in the interest of the client. Possibly this is due to the fact that Landal wants to sell its own stock first.
Contact with the broker went well, but I don't think it's a good thing that viewings are not personally supervised, except by the park manager if he/she is present. I don't see this reflected in the price calculated for the services provided. Advantage of Landal real estate agency: knowledge of rental contracts etc. Top!

Fast response to questions and good guidance in the sale of my holiday home. Very satisfied with Landal Real Estate.
(1) Too expensive due to a minimum fee of € 3000 (ex. VAT) + extra payment for Funda basic and extension. The viewings are also carried out by the park manager. (2) In the final settlement, the monthly advance payments for rentals through Landal are already deducted, and (hopefully) the repayment of rental income follows much later. Is there a conflict of interest between Landal Makelaardij and Landal Greenparks?

My friend and I have never experienced anything like this before. We had a viewing at Diezerhoven 28. Once we walked through the house, my friend pointed out that a lot, or actually the entire house, would need renovation. The male real estate agent was impossible to communicate with. He only responded with “that can be done” to every question. When my friend indicated that we wanted to make a counteroffer given the poor condition of the house in relation to the price, we were immediately turned away. We were astonished by this. Then he stated that he didn't approve of my friend’s attitude. Very bizarre. For people who want to view this property, we would like to advise you to be knowledgeable about renovations or bring someone with you who has knowledge.
