A beautiful wooded area. Heard 8 types of birds, saw a squirrel, and large hares. Houses are nicely separated from each other. The only disadvantage we found was that there was no parking space at the cottage. Parking the car is outside the park, spread over 3 places.

Did not have the impression that (pro) actively traded in the interest of the client. Possibly this is due to the fact that Landal wants to sell its own stock first.
Contact with the broker went well, but I don't think it's a good thing that viewings are not personally supervised, except by the park manager if he/she is present. I don't see this reflected in the price calculated for the services provided. Advantage of Landal real estate agency: knowledge of rental contracts etc. Top!

(1) Too expensive due to a minimum fee of € 3000 (ex. VAT) + extra payment for Funda basic and extension. The viewings are also carried out by the park manager. (2) In the final settlement, the monthly advance payments for rentals through Landal are already deducted, and (hopefully) the repayment of rental income follows much later. Is there a conflict of interest between Landal Makelaardij and Landal Greenparks?
