Unfortunately, we bought a house with a Sinke, or Alpina, sign in the garden. It turned out that many things were not as described and told by Jeroen Hofstede. It's a shame they give people such an experience. You preferably buy a house as agreed. If you were to buy something from Alpina, I would advise taking a good purchasing broker with knowledge of rights within this industry.

Be careful if you are the purchasing party. I think this is quite clear to Sinke why. There has been contact. Denial from Sinke has always been the answer. Rather strange if you advise a construction to the purchasing party and then subsequently makes those same purchasers pay more because the construction didn't work. And blames the purchasers for everything in the story.

Meatball shop! I don't understand how you can do business like Sinke does it. Unjustified NVM logo, but the NVM itself also conducts bad business since they have no say in the matters concerning Sinke Kampen. As long as Sinke transfers a monthly amount to NVM to be allowed to display the label on the website and funda. Lying and deception is how they sell their houses with good profit. Beware!

We have just completed a beautiful purchase process with Goudzwaard real estate agency. Thanks to Ad, Wilma and Naomy, it was possible to find and buy our dream home in the Vechtdal region. The office is always easily accessible, communication is good, and actions are carried out accurately. As a purchasing party, very bad experience with them. Not honest in providing information. Makes it look better than it is. Gives evasive answers to substantive questions. Extra addition!!!!!!!!!!!! On Goudzwaard real estate agency's own website, negative reactions are quickly removed. The positive reactions remain.

Very pleasant experience, the real estate agent is well informed about zoning plans, selling separately etc. (and that has really been different before). In addition, we didn't feel pressured at any moment; the real estate agent took all the time (including delicious coffee!).
