21 Sep 20251 star is too much... however, 0 stars is not possible, made an offer on the house De Vennen in Eenrum, however Martin M told me that there was another offer (lower) but without any conditions, (which was the preference of the sellers) and wanted me to make a higher offer, I did not do it, I don't let myself be milked, what amazes me even more...the same house has now been listed on Funda for almost two weeks as under option, what dirty practices.

18 Oct 2024Pricing was good and it sold quickly. However, buyers were slow and various issues arose. We felt we were moderately informed about this. We constantly had to raise the alarm ourselves. Contact with the office was good, however, we didn't speak much with the realtor themselves. We would appreciate more personal contact, not just email or app communication. It was agreed that there would be no entry costs, but they appeared on the invoice.

21 Oct 2021How funny, the negative reviews that were here have disappeared in recent months! I am very dissatisfied with this realtor. We only saw Sjirk de Jong during the acquisition and never again - everything through subordinates. One positive: my house was sold very well, but that's not particularly difficult in this market. They are sloppy and not proactive (e.g., super slow getting the purchase contract signed, incorrect energy label on Funda, late for the final inspection), often unreachable (Uithuizen office). And to a very critical letter from our side, no formal response was received.

23 Aug 2024I bought my house through Poort and Woltjer, and now sold it again through them. As I was used to, the contact and process were excellent. I don't understand much about buying and selling houses because this was the first time, but I was excellently guided. They are people with passion for the business and very professional. At the same time they are also pleasant and not too expensive. What more could you want. If I ever buy another little house in the area, I will definitely knock here again. Oh, wait... that won't be necessary. The door is always open!
