However, we could only get an appointment with our current mortgage provider 10 days later, in this time you have to act quickly, and Ronald came to our rescue. So then, after consultation (regarding business matters), Menne Kamp was brought in. This man takes all negotiations off your hands. This resulted in a lower purchase price than we had in mind. Date unknownATTENTION people! I have never encountered such a bad real estate agent to date. Besides being very difficult to reach, callbacks don't happen at all. Fraud and deception may even apply here. Considerable messing around with point scoring and other documents. Naturally, no one wants to hear complaints here. An official complaint has now been lodged with the NVM regarding their actions; I turned out not to be the only one. However, you remain a victimized tenant or buyer. So for anyone reading this, be warned. A warned person counts for two.

27 Mar 2025Very pleasant experiences with this real estate agency. Four years ago, when we were house hunting without a buyer's agent, we came into contact with this office twice. Then still as representative of the selling party. They were by far the nicest agents we encountered. Finally someone who takes the time for you. Honest and complete in their answers. Senses whether you want the house. Also come across as friendly and especially human. Not the idea that they want to inflate the housing market, although ultimately it is: what the fool will pay. But they are not crazy when it comes to real estate. Furthermore smooth in dealing with each other, dare to make a joke, but at all times professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there. But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. In short: pleasant to deal with again, keep their heads cool, easily accessible, clear/favorable rates. And very happy with the photographer they have hired! Our thanks are great!

26 Jun 2025In July/August 2023. Our house put up for sale through Nieboer real estate agents. Unfortunately, not really satisfied. According to the realtor, we had to sell our house at the first offer, which was far too low; ultimately, we accepted a second offer. Drafting the purchase agreement took more than 3 weeks. When we had questions, we were NOT always answered properly. And also regarding the transfer of the central heating lease boiler, when the buyer stopped responding, the realtor did absolutely nothing for us. Therefore, we ended up buying out the boiler because the realtor did nothing. We will never sell a house through this realtor again. Very poor communication!

Received a phone call with 'You indicated yesterday that you want to sell your house....'. That's not the approach, I want to buy a house and yes, also sell my own. Then it’s just said, 'oh that one has already been sold to an acquaintance of the seller.' So.. no, don't have a good feeling about a real estate agent who approaches clients like that. Do call if you want to sell something, don't respond to requests for viewings.

25 Dec 2023Our sale done through Nieboer real estate agents. Unfortunately not really satisfied. We had to sell our house according to the agent at the first offer, which was far too low, we ultimately accepted a second offer. Drafting the purchase agreement took more than 3 weeks. When we had questions, we were NOT always treated politely. And also regarding the transfer of the central heating lease boiler, when the buyer stopped responding, the agent did absolutely nothing.

They have a house for sale (Borgweg 121 Farmsum) where part of the land from my business premises is being included in the sale. So always be carefully alert when dealing with this real estate agent.
