So then, after consultation (regarding business matters), Menne Kamp was brought in. This man takes all negotiations off your hands. This resulted in a lower purchase price than we had in mind. 23 Oct 2025We have been renting a property through Pandomo since November 2024, we have been without a properly functioning heating system from day one, we are facing extremely high electricity bills because everything is not working properly, Pandomo's solution is two electric heaters, bizarre for a property costing 2990,- per month! If you call Pandomo, the real estate agent is never available or in a conversation. What a worthless real estate agent!!!

23 Sep 2025We unfortunately also had a very negative experience with Pandomo Makelaars: At the first appointment, the real estate agent arrived a quarter of an hour late without any excuses or explanation. Promised documents had to be repeatedly requested by us. The reachability and communication were far below standard. For signing the purchase contract, we had to travel one and a half hours, while this could have been done digitally afterwards. Moreover, the conversation was conducted by an inexperienced employee who had to consult her colleagues for almost every question. After digitally signing the purchase contract, we received no message, confirmation, or even a congratulations. There were multiple false promises made regarding the start and construction time. Through direct contact with the contractor, we ourselves found out that the construction was five months delayed. The contractor confirmed that this should have been communicated by the real estate agent. The only thing we get back on these points is a single “sorry”.

Please allow us to provide some clarification on a few points: First meeting via Teams: The appointment started a bit later than planned due to technical circumstances. We immediately informed you and apologized. Fortunately, we received a message after the meeting indicating that you found the conversation pleasant and clear. Sales documentation: All sales information was available from the start via the project website, where the registration also took place. We have not received any signals that this was unclear, but of course we will take this into account for future improvements. Signing the purchase agreement: Due to the construction industry, it took a bit longer before the contractor could sign the purchase-contract. You were informed about this and kept up to date regarding the progress. Discussing the purchase agreement: We are happy to take the time to carefully go through the contract, as it is an important purchase. We usually do this face-to-face, as many buyers find this pleasant. Of course, this could also have been done digitally, like the first meeting, but this preference was not indicated to us. Planning of the project: The planning of new construction projects is always subject to certain 'suspensive' conditions. In this case, it unexpectedly took longer before those conditions were met, causing the planning to unfortunately be delayed. This was also discussed during the review of the contract.
