We had a rather specific search picture, but with the help of Pieter's sharp eye, the useful sparring sessions and the quick switching of his team, we found the house that suits us, exactly in our dream location. The sale was also taken care of by Pieter and his team. We received good tips on how to present our home as well as possible. With a sold property and a satisfied seller (us) as the end result. 13 Jun 2025Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process quite exciting at times (choosing a house, bidding, arranging a mortgage) and when someone thinks along with you in a sober and structured way, that is priceless. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. Then the lines are shorter and that's important because arranging a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don’t want it to go wrong there. Pieter and Zahra, thank you for your help and until next time!

Our offers were repeatedly rejected (while we thought we were already overbidding quite a bit). Very frustrating, so we started looking for help. After engaging Plan, we hit the jackpot in one go! When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions only. He never pushed a purchase or suggested it just to make quick profit. The extra hours he put in were spent on research and negotiations in the evening hours. 18 Jun 2024Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. 12 Nov 2024We had a great experience with Schreuder Makelaars and appreciate their service in the current tight housing market situation. I can wholeheartedly recommend our realtor Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting deeds, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always courteous, responded quickly via email or WhatsApp, and were generally extremely kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

For example, I ask 3 questions via Move or app, and it takes a long time to get an answer, and then only for 1 out of the 3 questions. Tip: Assign one employee responsible for ensuring customer questions are answered. They were all nice, friendly people though. If they do that better, I will definitely recommend them.

A lot of explanation had to be given to mortgage lenders. But he succeeded. You can always contact him with questions. Everything is explained in a homely atmosphere, while enjoying a cup of coffee which is immediately offered by Ronald's lovely colleagues. 👏

What started as wishful thinking became increasingly serious, partly thanks to Ronald's good help with our financing. After half a year of searching, we found a lovely little house and we will be moving in December. Ronald and Steffan have always helped us well and despite the fact that the lender sometimes worked against it, they were still able to arrange it for us. Also, the agent did not have prices for comparable homes ready. The advice was always to bid significantly above the asking price. So little added value.
