13 May 2025Absolute aanrader! De afgelopen weken intensief met Pieter en zijn team samengewerkt en dat is erg goed bevallen. Hij weet waar ie het over heeft, kent de hele stad uit zijn hoofd en heeft overal contacten. Hij doet er alles aan om het allemaal zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen en dat werkt gewoon heel fijn. Wat ik erg prettig vond is het gevoel te hebben dat er iemand echt aan jouw kant staat en echt voor jouw belangen opkomt. Als ik eerlijk ben vond ik het hele proces bij tijden nogal spannend (huis kiezen, bieden, hypotheek regelen) en als iemand dan nuchter en gestructureerd met je meedenkt, is dat goud waard. Enige wat ik een volgende keer anders zou doen is kiezen voor de hypotheekadviseur waar Pieter veel mee samenwerkt. Dan zijn de lijntjes korter en dat is belangrijk, want zo'n hypotheek regelen moet binnen een bepaalde tijd en je wil niet dat het daar op mis loopt. 20 Apr 2025AANRADER! Na zelf een tijdje geprobeerd hebben om een huis te kopen, hebben we uiteindelijk Plan Makelaars ingeschakeld om te helpen bij een aankoop. Onze biedingen werden steeds afwezen (terwijl we naar ons idee steeds al veel overboden). Heel erg frustrerend, dus we gingen opzoek naar hulp. Nadat we Plan ingeschakeld hadden, hadden we in 1 keer raak! Eindelijk hebben we een huis gekocht. De communicatie is er laagdrempelig, snel en vriendelijk. Ook na de aankoop wordt je erg goed geholpen tijdens elke stap, zelfs bij de sleuteloverdracht gaan ze mee!

While enjoying a cup of tea, we went through what the purpose of my request for a valuation is and what Pieter could mean for me. It was a very pleasant conversation. Afterwards, we walked through the property for the valuation. After the tour of the house, we had a very good discussion about all matters that arise with a kind of home exchange. When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions only. He never pushed a purchase or suggested it just to make quick profit. The extra hours he put in were spent on research and negotiations in the evening hours. We received tailored advice, detailed explanation about how the whole process works, a personal touch, there is consideration for both seller and buyer, and when we got stuck with the purchase of our new home, Martin also supported us by finding the right people for us to continue. 26 Apr 2024Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. In a housing market where I initially looked at with a wary eye, they brought me from introduction to deed of delivery in less than two months. This would have been impossible for me without them! Klaas's mortgage advice is also worth mentioning. He calmly guides you through all the options and gives both open and urgent advice when needed. Kan onze makelaar Stephan de Poel van harte aanbevelen. Gedurende meer dan 3 maanden actief zoeken en huizenjacht kregen we volledige hulp bij alle zaken: bezichtigingen boeken/annuleren, contact opnemen met verkopers, huizen inspecteren, marktanalyse, bieden, akte opstellen en etc. Andere ondersteunende zaken waren ook altijd beleefd, reageerden snel via e-mail of WhatsUp en waren over het algemeen buitengewoon aardig, ongeacht de vragen die we stelden. De prijs is goed gerechtvaardigd, aangezien deze niet verandert met het aantal bezoeken/biedingen (waarvan we er veel hadden) totdat je het geruststellende huis hebt.

Even if there was something they didn't have an immediate answer for, I would still receive an answer that same day or the next day. I am very satisfied with this real estate agent.

However, we could only get an appointment with our current mortgage provider 10 days later, in this time you have to act quickly, and Ronald came to our rescue. He made room in his schedule the next day so that we could go to the viewing of our dream house well informed the day after and also be able to acquire it. Extremely satisfied with this service, we asked Steffan for the sale of our own home. This went perfectly and our own home was sold in a short time. It's nice to have short lines with them so that we regularly received updates. Anita and Helga thank you for this as well. Everything was handled top-notch. We are more than satisfied! It's unfortunate that you experienced the contact this way and that we have to read it through this review. In our opinion, we did everything possible to keep the contact as personal as possible, but the fact that you live in Spain, were not reachable by phone, and also responded very late to emails certainly didn't make it easy. We therefore cannot agree with this review. Fortunately, our other reviews show that other customers do not experience it this way...

28 Feb 2025In all the purchases of our houses, both ours and those of our daughter, Ronald guided us through a journey that wasn't too easy. Demolition/ new construction/ subsidy. A lot of explanation had to be given to mortgage lenders. But he succeeded. You can always contact him with questions. Everything is explained in a homely atmosphere, while enjoying a cup of coffee which is immediately offered by Ronald's lovely colleagues. 👏

28 Dec 2024We were looking for a local advisor in Groningen who knows the market there because we are from North Holland and wanted to 'emigrate'. What started as wishful thinking became increasingly serious, partly thanks to Ronald's good help with our financing. After half a year of searching, we found a lovely little house and we will be moving in December. Ronald and Steffan have always helped us well and despite the fact that the lender sometimes worked against it, they were still able to arrange it for us. The distance was sometimes difficult but you get quite far by email and phone..Amber, of course, also thanks for all your help😉. We are very satisfied and happy that we chose you!
