So then, after consultation (regarding business matters), Menne Kamp was brought in. This man takes all negotiations off your hands. This resulted in a lower purchase price than we had in mind. Fraud and deception may even apply here. Considerable messing around with point scoring and other documents. Naturally, no one wants to hear complaints here. An official complaint has now been lodged with the NVM regarding their actions; I turned out not to be the only one. However, you remain a victimized tenant or buyer. So for anyone reading this, be warned. A warned person counts for two.

04 Mar 2025We tried to make an appointment to view a property, to which we were told that this is only possible on the viewing day. We indicated that we would then be unable due to our own business. The answer was unfortunately that it will not proceed. This happens in such an arrogant manner in which I personally have received a bad aftertaste. As far as I am concerned, the rule still applies: who pays decides, and it is not that the real estate agent decides and I pay, so that I must adapt to his rules. With the additional excuse that it is done in consultation with the current resident: ridiculous, the house is empty. Apparently, this real estate agent is doing very well, and he doesn't feel the need to invest time and energy in his future clients.

What I found particularly pleasant is that they work on a first come, first serve basis. This meant that after a long period of searching, I finally had the chance to get a home, without complicated or unfair selection procedures. The contact with Wessel was excellent. Date unknownWe are renting a property from a person who has engaged this company to act as a middleman and handle everything with us, the tenants. In principle fine, until it turns out that this company is incompetent at arranging simple things and keeping appointments. We have a leaking boiler and a broken extractor hood. Since this is a rental property, it is not our problem and should be fixed by Pandomo as soon as possible, in consultation with the owner. We indicated this literally 5 MONTHS AGO and moral of the story; neither has been resolved yet. We constantly have to call ourselves to keep this company on its toes. Because they take absolutely no initiative themselves. If they say they will call you back later in the afternoon or the next day, it doesn't happen. Then it’s the weekend and you wait days again. Only to find out on Monday that they haven't progressed at all. A leaking boiler should be urgent; it is dangerous to shower with it. So every time we have to turn off the electricity at the meter cupboard before showering. And since the extractor hood isn't working, we have to cook with the balcony door open, in WINTER … Pandomo then also hires incompetent companies themselves to look into the problems. I understand the problem better from a few Google searches than they do. They literally hired a one-man painting business to look at the extractor hood. Who then had to get some other friend to check it who supposedly knows something about it. The whole situation is completely ridiculous. Previously, I rented a property from Lefier. Their service was 1000x faster. If anything went wrong, a technician would come the next day to investigate the problem and ensure it was fixed within a week. Unbelievable. Get it together Pandomo.

Date unknownOne of the current owners (nephew of the former sole owner of Pandomo), also working as a realtor, is an unfair and unreliable realtor. He does not honor his verbal agreements! - April 15, as a response to a comment from Pandomo - The high urgency now given to the review was unfortunately not given to the report at the Pandomo office back then. Pandomo has come out in support of the realtor's unreliability. With the dismissal back then, I don’t see why renewed contact would change anything about the situation. The transaction is now completed.
