However, we could only get an appointment with our current mortgage provider 10 days later, in this time you have to act quickly, and Ronald came to our rescue. He made room in his schedule the next day so that we could go to the viewing of our dream house well informed the day after and also be able to acquire it. Extremely satisfied with this service, we asked Steffan for the sale of our own home. This went perfectly and our own home was sold in a short time. It's unfortunate that you experienced the contact this way and that we have to read it through this review. In our opinion, we did everything possible to keep the contact as personal as possible, but the fact that you live in Spain, were not reachable by phone, and also responded very late to emails certainly didn't make it easy. We therefore cannot agree with this review. Fortunately, our other reviews show that other customers do not experience it this way...

28 Feb 2025In all the purchases of our houses, both ours and those of our daughter, Ronald guided us through a journey that wasn't too easy. Demolition/ new construction/ subsidy. A lot of explanation had to be given to mortgage lenders. But he succeeded. You can always contact him with questions. Everything is explained in a homely atmosphere, while enjoying a cup of coffee which is immediately offered by Ronald's lovely colleagues. 👏

What started as wishful thinking became increasingly serious, partly thanks to Ronald's good help with our financing. After half a year of searching, we found a lovely little house and we will be moving in December. Broker Idee scored (along with some others) very highly and quickly contacted me for an exploratory meeting at the office; that may sound very logical, but this was the first potential buyer broker who wanted to sit down with me directly. Most people start with phone calls, which is less personal. Of all the conversations I've had, I felt most with Andre that he would pull out all the stops to advocate for you; his network is also naturally very large, so he could advise me well even outside of Groningen. And finally, not unimportant, they also offer financial advice, allowing him to really think along about what is financially feasible. In terms of payment, there are also more options than with others. However, I was suddenly called four days after my meeting by another broker where I had previously placed a bid, with the message that my bid had been accepted! Against all expectations. Ultimately, I didn't need Andre, but I do know that if I ever find myself in such a situation again, I will directly engage Andre as a buyer broker, because nothing is more stressful than the housing market these days.

During the viewings, there was great attention to detail and the structural condition, things you might overlook yourself. Determining bids was done in good consultation where they clearly indicated what a reasonable offer would be. We were also well guided during the handling of the purchase, for example when reviewing the purchase contract.

From the first contact, we immediately noticed that they really took the time for us. The personal approach was of great value to us; it never felt like we were just a 'customer'. Tjedde was patient and always ready to answer our questions, no matter how small or large they were. What particularly impressed us was how thorough and accurate the work was done. No detail was overlooked and every aspect of the purchase process was clearly explained. This gave us a lot of confidence and ensured that we could go through the process without stress. We would also confidently entrust the sales process to Tjedde, although we found a buyer for our house privately. Even in this process, Tjedde remained as objective as possible and advised us well. 29 Apr 2025Recently, a purchasing agent from Pandoma visited my well-maintained apartment together with potential buyers. The agent then came up with an offer that was almost equal to the WOZ value of 2024, without any thorough justification or argumentation as to why this amount would be appropriate, especially considering the condition of the apartment and the market situation. A second bid followed, only a few thousand euros higher. Of course, I did not engage with this. What bothered me most is the communication after this offer. Since my rejection, I have heard nothing more from Pandomo via my sales agent — no response, no feedback, no sign of professional contact. For a party that claims to guide buyers well and take the purchasing process seriously, I find this downright unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would therefore not recommend Pandoma as a purchasing agent, especially due to the lack of transparent communication and serious justification of offers.

20 Mar 2025We are renting a property from a person who has engaged this company to act as a middleman and handle everything with us, the tenants. In principle fine, until it turns out that this company is incompetent at arranging simple things and keeping appointments. We have a leaking boiler and a broken extractor hood. Since this is a rental property, it is not our problem and should be fixed by Pandomo as soon as possible, in consultation with the owner. We indicated this literally 5 MONTHS AGO and moral of the story; neither has been resolved yet. We constantly have to call ourselves to keep this company on its toes. Because they take absolutely no initiative themselves. If they say they will call you back later in the afternoon or the next day, it doesn't happen. Then it’s the weekend and you wait days again. Only to find out on Monday that they haven't progressed at all. A leaking boiler should be urgent; it is dangerous to shower with it. So every time we have to turn off the electricity at the meter cupboard before showering. And since the extractor hood isn't working, we have to cook with the balcony door open, in WINTER … Pandomo then also hires incompetent companies themselves to look into the problems. I understand the problem better from a few Google searches than they do. They literally hired a one-man painting business to look at the extractor hood. Who then had to get some other friend to check it who supposedly knows something about it. The whole situation is completely ridiculous. Previously, I rented a property from Lefier. Their service was 1000x faster. If anything went wrong, a technician would come the next day to investigate the problem and ensure it was fixed within a week. Unbelievable. Get it together Pandomo.
