No consultation with me or our office. I still had to draft the purchase agreement and then hand over the keys afterward. I believe that earlier and open communication would have been better.

An amount you might get if there are bids over the asking price, but we felt that shouldn't be set as the asking price then. Marco managed everything in just 4 (FOUR!!) days to get it ready for NVM open house day on Funda. Marco also, together with Bonne, handled our mortgage, purchase of new property and sale of old property. Everything went very smoothly, you are kept well informed and you are never “bothersome” when you call with a question or uncertainty. Definitely recommended, we will certainly see them again, very and very satisfied!

Then still as representative of the selling party. They were by far the nicest agents we encountered. Finally someone who takes the time for you. Honest and complete in their answers. Senses whether you want the house. Also come across as friendly and especially human. Not the idea that they want to inflate the housing market, although ultimately it is: what the fool will pay. But they are not crazy when it comes to real estate. Furthermore smooth in dealing with each other, dare to make a joke, but at all times professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there. But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. In short: pleasant to deal with again, keep their heads cool, easily accessible, clear/favorable rates. And very happy with the photographer they have hired! Our thanks are great!

15 Dec 2021How funny, the negative reviews that were here have disappeared in recent months! I am very dissatisfied with this realtor. We only saw Sjirk de Jong during the acquisition and never again - everything through subordinates. One positive: my house was sold very well, but that's not particularly difficult in this market. They are sloppy and not proactive (e.g., super slow getting the purchase contract signed, incorrect energy label on Funda, late for the final inspection), often unreachable (Uithuizen office). And to a very critical letter from our side, no formal response was received.

For example, location in the neighborhood, condition of the apartment, any additional costs for later. Also regarding the different bids we made, they were all done in good consultation without losing your common sense. Mr. Kuilema has always looked from our (customer) perspective. He never pushed anything on us. Despite it being a previously agreed amount. He helped us top-notch. And didn't quickly talk us into something to earn his money that way. So, in short. Top purchasing agent.

But he also doesn't lose sight of the interests of all parties involved, both when buying and selling, being treated fairly and informed by him. He finds it important to really promote his profession. That’s why he also teaches real estate in addition to practicing as a realtor – this says a lot about his character, in my opinion. He enjoys negotiating as long as it's fair and according to the rules of the game. Would I recommend him to others? The answer to this can only be a resounding yes. If you’re looking for a good realtor, look no further.
