Very pleasant experiences with this real estate agency. Four years ago, when we were house hunting without a buyer's agent, we came into contact with this office twice. Then still as representative of the selling party. They were by far the nicest agents we encountered. Finally someone who takes the time for you. Honest and complete in their answers. Senses whether you want the house. Also come across as friendly and especially human. Not the idea that they want to inflate the housing market, although ultimately it is: what the fool will pay. But they are not crazy when it comes to real estate. Furthermore smooth in dealing with each other, dare to make a joke, but at all times professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there. But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. In short: pleasant to deal with again, keep their heads cool, easily accessible, clear/favorable rates. And very happy with the photographer they have hired! Our thanks are great!

Everything arranged tip-top. At the end of September we bought another house, which meant our old home had to be sold. Marco managed everything in just 4 (FOUR!!) days to get it ready for NVM open house day on Funda. Marco also, together with Bonne, handled our mortgage, purchase of new property and sale of old property. Everything went very smoothly, you are kept well informed and you are never “bothersome” when you call with a question or uncertainty. Definitely recommended, we will certainly see them again, very and very satisfied!

1 ster is teveel... echter 0 sterren is niet mogelijk, hadden een bod gedaan op huis de Vennen in Eenrum, echter Martin M vertelde dat er nog een bod was (lager) echter zonder voorbehoud, (dat had verkopers voorkeur)en wou dat ik hoger ging bieden, niet gedaan ik laat me niet uitmelken, wat schets mijn verbazing.....hetzelfde huis staat nu al bijna 2 weken op Funda met vermelding onder optie, wat een smerige praktijken.

Pricing was good and it sold quickly. However, buyers were slow and various issues arose. We felt we were moderately informed about this. We constantly had to raise the alarm ourselves. Contact with the office was good, however, we didn't speak much with the realtor themselves. We would appreciate more personal contact, not just email or app communication. It was agreed that there would be no entry costs, but they appeared on the invoice.

How funny, the negative reviews that were here have disappeared in recent months! I am very dissatisfied with this realtor. We only saw Sjirk de Jong during the acquisition and never again - everything through subordinates. One positive: my house was sold very well, but that's not particularly difficult in this market. They are sloppy and not proactive (e.g., super slow getting the purchase contract signed, incorrect energy label on Funda, late for the final inspection), often unreachable (Uithuizen office). And to a very critical letter from our side, no formal response was received.
