Direct we had a good and pleasant connection with James. Jaap conducted the viewings and, despite his young age, he is an expert in his field. A photographer was hired for the photos who had taken beautiful pictures. For questions and contact, the very friendly Tim was always neatly available by phone. Very pleasant experiences with this real estate agency. Four years ago, when we were house hunting without a buyer's agent, we came into contact with this office twice. Then still as representative of the selling party. They were by far the nicest agents we encountered. Finally someone who takes the time for you. Honest and complete in their answers. Senses whether you want the house. Also come across as friendly and especially human. Not the idea that they want to inflate the housing market, although ultimately it is: what the fool will pay. But they are not crazy when it comes to real estate. Furthermore smooth in dealing with each other, dare to make a joke, but at all times professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there. But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. In short: pleasant to deal with again, keep their heads cool, easily accessible, clear/favorable rates. And very happy with the photographer they have hired! Our thanks are great!

Bad experience. Had an appraisal report made. Not customer friendly, and commenting on your house. You say what you are going to renovate and change in the house is not included in the report. And using references from over 4 years ago. And paying heavily for it. Definitely not recommended...

Then Bonne called us tomorrow asking if we were willing to bid well above the asking price, otherwise we might as well stay home. I ask you, where does Bonne get this audacity? Everything arranged tip-top. At the end of September we bought another house, which meant our old home had to be sold. Marco managed everything in just 4 (FOUR!!) days to get it ready for NVM open house day on Funda. Marco also, together with Bonne, handled our mortgage, purchase of new property and sale of old property. Everything went very smoothly, you are kept well informed and you are never “bothersome” when you call with a question or uncertainty. Definitely recommended, we will certainly see them again, very and very satisfied!

It was agreed that there would be no entry costs, but they appeared on the invoice.

How funny, the negative reviews that were here have disappeared in recent months! I am very dissatisfied with this realtor. We only saw Sjirk de Jong during the acquisition and never again - everything through subordinates. One positive: my house was sold very well, but that's not particularly difficult in this market. They are sloppy and not proactive (e.g., super slow getting the purchase contract signed, incorrect energy label on Funda, late for the final inspection), often unreachable (Uithuizen office). And to a very critical letter from our side, no formal response was received.
