When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions only. He never pushed a purchase or suggested it just to make quick profit. The extra hours he put in were spent on research and negotiations in the evening hours. I can wholeheartedly recommend our real estate agent Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting the deed, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always courteous, responded quickly via email or WhatsUp, and generally very kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

26 Apr 2024Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

In a housing market where I initially looked at with a wary eye, they brought me from introduction to deed of delivery in less than two months. This would have been impossible for me without them! Klaas's mortgage advice is also worth mentioning. He calmly guides you through all the options and gives both open and urgent advice when needed. Throughout the entire process, it was always clear to me what I myself had to do, and what Klaas took care of for me. In summary, top team. Highly recommended.

This is not a real estate agent who wants to make quick money but an agent who has full attention and interest. Jill and Ilya take a lot of work off your hands and have an answer to every question. The initial consultation, the guidance towards the viewings, the viewings themselves, and the further processing up to and including the sale all proceeded very professionally and smoothly.
