13 Jun 2025Nooit gedacht dat we zo snel een huis hebben gekocht. Al flink een jaar bezig (zonder makelaar) maar met Plan Makelaars was een huis binnen 2 maand al realiteit. Super blij met het team en Pieter. Een apart Whatsapp kanaal voor al je vragen en Funda links. Daarnaast regelen ze veel zaken voor tijdens het koopproces en hebben ze veel handige connecties. Kortom; een absolute aanrader!

13 Jun 2025Geweldig geholpen door Pieter en consorten. Plan Makelaars doet aan maatwerk en heeft oog voor de klant. We hadden een nogal specifiek zoekplaatje, maar met de hulp van Pieters scherpe blik, de nuttige sparringssessies en het snelle schakelen van zijn team hebben we de woning gevonden die bij ons past, precies op onze droomlocatie. Ook de verkoop is door Pieter en zijn team verzorgd. We kregen goede tips over hoe we onze woning zo goed mogelijk konden presenteren. Met een verkochte woning en een tevreden verkoper (wij) als eindresultaat. Wij vonden het erg prettig om Plan Makelaars als zowel aankoop- als verkoopmakelaar in te schakelen. Het gaf ons de rust om op de dingen te focussen die voor ons belangrijk waren. Dat kan je wel gebruiken in zo'n intensief proces. Van harte aanbevolen om te werken met Plan Makelaars, je krijgt er geen spijt van!

13 Jun 2025Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process quite exciting at times (choosing a house, bidding, arranging a mortgage) and when someone thinks along with you in a sober and structured way, that is priceless. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. Then the lines are shorter and that's important because arranging a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don’t want it to go wrong there. Pieter and Zahra, thank you for your help and until next time!

Our offers were repeatedly rejected (while we thought we were already overbidding quite a bit). Very frustrating, so we started looking for help. After engaging Plan, we hit the jackpot in one go! Finally, we bought a house. The communication is accessible, fast and friendly. Even after the purchase, you are very well assisted during every step, they even come along with the key transfer!

When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions only. He never pushed a purchase or suggested it just to make quick profit. The extra hours he put in were spent on research and negotiations in the evening hours. 18 Jun 2024Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

If all goes well, you should have received a bidding log. In it, you can see that your bid is far below the highest bid. The process was very transparent, so I don't quite understand the reaction.

12 Nov 2024We had a great experience with Schreuder Makelaars and appreciate their service in the current tight housing market situation. I can wholeheartedly recommend our realtor Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting deeds, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always courteous, responded quickly via email or WhatsApp, and were generally extremely kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

For example, I ask 3 questions via Move or app, and it takes a long time to get an answer, and then only for 1 out of the 3 questions. Tip: Assign one employee responsible for ensuring customer questions are answered. They were all nice, friendly people though. If they do that better, I will definitely recommend them.

Also, the agent did not have prices for comparable homes ready. The advice was always to bid significantly above the asking price. So little added value.

Van A tot Z stond het hele team voor ons klaar om ons door de jungle van de huidige woningmarkt te loodsen, wat als starters echt super fijn was. Uiteindelijk hebben we na 3 maanden zoeken & bezichtigen ons droomhuis gevonden. Mijn vriend en ik zijn het hele team van NEBO super dankbaar. We zouden ze aan iedereen aanraden!

Ik heb het genoegen gehad om met Rob en Marcel samen te werken, die beiden buitengewoon vriendelijk, professioneel en responsief waren. Ze hebben het proces met veel aandacht voor detail en indrukwekkende snelheid afgehandeld. Ze hebben elk aspect van elke woning gecontroleerd en altijd zorgvuldig rekening gehouden met mijn voorkeuren. Tijdens de bezichtigingen en het aankoopproces gaven hun ondersteunende en toegankelijke houding me veel vertrouwen en gemoedsrust. Dankzij hun hulp heb ik een prachtig huis kunnen vinden en kopen dat echt aan mijn wensen voldoet. Ik kan eerlijk zeggen dat dit zonder NEBO, en met name zonder Rob en Marcel, niet mogelijk was geweest.
