From the beginning, we felt in good hands, and that feeling only grew stronger throughout the process. As expats buying from abroad, we knew the market would be challenging. We had heard how competitive and fast everything can be, and how difficult it is to succeed if you don't fully understand the bidding system. Martin took all that complexity off our shoulders. He represented us with confidence and precision, and his calm, well-timed advice helped us navigate everything clearly. You really notice how much experience he has – and how important that is in this kind of market. One of the most reassuring aspects of the process was Martin's strong technical knowledge. Before a formal viewing, he carefully inspected each property himself, pointing out structural problems or hidden details that we would have completely overlooked. That helped us make decisions with much more confidence and save time and money. In addition to the technical side, we especially appreciated how personal and supportive the collaboration felt. Martin didn't just help us buy a house – he built a whole support network around us. Buying a house with the help of Martin and Quwendy felt super easy as expats. They kept us well informed about all steps of the process, what to expect, and they were always ready to help. When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. We went into it openly, having no experience with selling a house. However, we did feel that the initial asking price suggested by our real estate agent was on the high side. An amount you might get if there are bids over the asking price, but we felt that shouldn't be set as the asking price then. When it turned out that there was relatively little interest in the property, we adjusted the asking price downwards in consultation.

This sale was 'difficult' because there were similar apartments for sale, but Lana and her colleagues did fantastic work (viewings, photos, styling) which means I can ultimately be satisfied with the realized selling price and conditions. IQ real estate agents is, as far as I am concerned, an excellent choice; very good market knowledge, skilled, friendly and efficient, good communication and everything in consultation. I can recommend them 110%!

communication could be better. especially during the period of unconditional conditions I was a little forgotten. Probably too much on my plate. For example, I ask 3 questions via Move or app, and it takes a long time to get an answer, and then only for 1 out of the 3 questions. Tip: Assign one employee responsible for ensuring customer questions are answered. They were all nice, friendly people though. If they do that better, I will definitely recommend them.
