05 May 2024Following a viewing, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the viewing it was indicated that the price counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the asking price wasn't mentioned either, which is why we made the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

Ze regelden alles voor ons en beantwoordden alle vragen op een behulpzame manier. Ik hoefde alleen maar de documenten te ondertekenen. Wij hebben de samenwerking met deze makelaar als heel fijn ervaren. Een klein en deskundig team. Ze luisteren naar de klant en weten waar je als klant naar op zoek bent. Zowel bij het kopen als verkopen adviseren ze en nemen ze (praktische) zaken uit handen. De makelaar is zeer goed bereikbaar, flexibel en betrokken bij het hele aan- of verkoopproces.

De overdracht wilden de kopers graag wat eerder maar de makelaar heeft toch een betere datum kunnen bewerkstelligen voor ons.. Bij de 2e bezichtiging moesten er nog wel wat puntjes op de i gezet worden ( er waren enkele onduidelijkheden qua overname van roerend en ontroerend goed) ook zijn wij daar mede door de duidelijke inbreng van James goed uitgekomen.
