However, we could only get an appointment with our current mortgage provider 10 days later, in this time you have to act quickly, and Ronald came to our rescue. He made room in his schedule the next day so that we could go to the viewing of our dream house well informed the day after and also be able to acquire it. Extremely satisfied with this service, we asked Steffan for the sale of our own home. This went perfectly and our own home was sold in a short time. It's unfortunate that you experienced the contact this way and that we have to read it through this review. In our opinion, we did everything possible to keep the contact as personal as possible, but the fact that you live in Spain, were not reachable by phone, and also responded very late to emails certainly didn't make it easy. We therefore cannot agree with this review. Fortunately, our other reviews show that other customers do not experience it this way...

28 Feb 2025In all the purchases of our houses, both ours and those of our daughter, Ronald guided us through a journey that wasn't too easy. Demolition/ new construction/ subsidy. A lot of explanation had to be given to mortgage lenders. But he succeeded. You can always contact him with questions. Everything is explained in a homely atmosphere, while enjoying a cup of coffee which is immediately offered by Ronald's lovely colleagues. 👏

What started as wishful thinking became increasingly serious, partly thanks to Ronald's good help with our financing. After half a year of searching, we found a lovely little house and we will be moving in December. Ronald and Steffan have always helped us well and despite the fact that the lender sometimes worked against it, they were still able to arrange it for us. The distance was sometimes difficult but you get quite far by email and phone..Amber, of course, also thanks for all your help😉. We are very satisfied and happy that we chose you! I don't understand much about buying and selling houses because this was the first time, but I was excellently guided. They are people with passion for the business and very professional. At the same time they are also pleasant and not too expensive. What more could you want. If I ever buy another little house in the area, I will definitely knock here again. Oh, wait... that won't be necessary. The door is always open!

20 Mar 2025Very pleasant experiences with this real estate agency. Four years ago, when we were house hunting without a buyer's agent, we came into contact with this office twice. Then still as representative of the selling party. They were by far the nicest agents we encountered. Finally someone who takes the time for you. Honest and complete in their answers. Senses whether you want the house. Also come across as friendly and especially human. Not the idea that they want to inflate the housing market, although ultimately it is: what the fool will pay. But they are not crazy when it comes to real estate. Furthermore smooth in dealing with each other, dare to make a joke, but at all times professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there. But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. In short: pleasant to deal with again, keep their heads cool, easily accessible, clear/favorable rates. And very happy with the photographer they have hired! Our thanks are great!

Received a phone call with 'You indicated yesterday that you want to sell your house....'. That's not the approach, I want to buy a house and yes, also sell my own. Then it’s just said, 'oh that one has already been sold to an acquaintance of the seller.' So.. no, don't have a good feeling about a real estate agent who approaches clients like that. Do call if you want to sell something, don't respond to requests for viewings.

We had to sell our house according to the agent at the first offer, which was far too low, we ultimately accepted a second offer. Drafting the purchase agreement took more than 3 weeks. When we had questions, we were NOT always treated politely. And also regarding the transfer of the central heating lease boiler, when the buyer stopped responding, the agent did absolutely nothing.
