Our experience was cold, money-driven, and unprofessional. We were considering a high-end rental (€6,000/month with six months upfront, which we agreed to due to being expats without local income). I am 37 weeks pregnant with two small children, so transparency was critical for us. Key information was not disclosed upfront, including registration issues, practical living details, and other material points that only emerged after repeated reviews of the contract and apartment. As we did proper due diligence, more concerns surfaced. Despite unresolved questions, we were given a very short deadline the following day and the process was abruptly terminated. Instead of simply putting the property back on the market, pressure was applied in a way that felt inappropriate and coercive. At one point, communication went around me to my partner, implying agreement had already been made, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. We were serious renters acting responsibly. The handling of this situation raised serious concerns about transparency and professional judgment. I would not recommend working with this agent.
