Real estate agent Buuron & Kuipers from Steenbergen (NB) has excellently helped and guided us with the sale of our house in Steenbergen.

Asking price was fine, but then had to re-initiate contact myself despite agreements. Everything took a very long time, appointments not kept and/or having to arrange things yourself. I will choose another real estate agent in the future.

Apparently, with this broker, money is the highest goal. Whether you have a large budget or somewhat less, that's not further of interest. Directly after submitting what was, for me, the maximum bid, a clear answer: No, this is too low, we can’t do anything with this. So the offer is not accepted. I then wonder what the opinion of the selling party would have been?

These people earn their money far too easily. We shifted everything in need so that we could still attend a viewing, only to be cancelled an hour beforehand because the house had already been sold, with the reason being 'the offer was so beautiful that we had to go along with it'. In this market, as a real estate agent, you should take the initiative to give everyone a chance and have respect for those seeking. You earn your money far too easily and your behavior reflects that. If something were to happen through the state regarding this market in about 10 years, I wouldn't be surprised if you were directly driven out of business by competition. And your communicative accessibility is terrible. If you are legally inclined, you can hold this real estate agent liable for damages due to failing to adhere to the legal requirements of real estate brokerage.

Mr. just wants to get rid of you quickly. Doesn't keep you informed and doesn't inform well either. While I seriously want to rent a house and sell the house. Oh well then...

Little learned from the housing crisis. Making an appointment is difficult, you have to chase it up multiple times yourself. The real estate agent arrives late for the appointment, the real estate agent asks a lot of questions about your private life and tells nothing about the house. The real estate agent indicates that they will send another questionnaire and investigate some questions with the owner. You have to chase this yourself, the answers to the questions do not come and after a few days you find out that the house has been sold subject to approval. Apparently too much trouble to mention something like that during a viewing. The house is advertised with an incorrect energy label. In short, such a bad experience that we will from now on skip every house as a precaution that comes up for sale with them.

My experience with Koetsenruyter Real Estate and in particular with Mr. Clemens Suijkerbuijk and his staff is decidedly positive. From the very first meeting to the sale of my apartment, everything went smoothly. Mr. Suijkerbuijk is well informed about supply and demand in the local market. He is honest in his discussions and has a realistic approach to reaching an excellent deal within a short timeframe. If I were to sell another apartment, I would choose Koetsenruyter Real Estate again without any doubt. In short, 5 stars for this professional company. Keep up the good work!

In response to Ms. Christel. As the selling party via this broker, I would like to state that Ms.'s reaction is completely exaggerated and not truthful. After the sale, Ms. initiated a discussion to have costs she herself incurred reimbursed. At the notary's office, it was emphatically verified that the purchase agreement was approved and that Ms. had every opportunity to inspect the property. She fully agreed with this. Now addressing the broker is a form of misplaced retaliation without reason. This broker is certainly flexible, and the given reaction is nonsense.

This broker is not flexible and doesn't think along with you either. They don't have enough information about their houses. If there are problems regarding the sale, they don't want to help you. I would never recommend this 'Broker'. They might as well file for bankruptcy how bad they are. They do not deserve a star.
