No good experience. Integrity with this real estate agent is nowhere to be found. After signing the preliminary purchase agreement, we were still pressured to offer more while a deal was already in place… After eventually agreeing, we went to sign the final documents and were looked down upon and treated unfriendly because we had said something about the way things were going.

Advertisement states a living space of 190m2. Based on the floor plan, the living area is 154m2 (rounded up). Called to inquire about this and the answer was always that the advertisement is correct... a picture tells a thousand words... so see for yourself... (see attachment) Who are Roscam Makelaars... well they aren't registered with VastgoedCERT or NRVT (both leading quality registers). Those were the facts, now my opinion: This realtor very likely started when the housing market exploded and thought cha ching quick money to be earned (so at most 3 years of experience as a realtor without industry training). Since 'Realtor' is a freelance profession, REALLY ANYONE can call themselves a Realtor and sell houses so BE CAREFUL. Ask if they are affiliated with professional organizations, are they self-certified... Too many cowboys out there trying to make a quick buck... you have been warned ;)
