Via Funda.nl responded to a garage box offered via Viermakelaars. Initially, I am satisfied. I received a reply very quickly. I found the response partly strange. The seller made a remark about the costs of a garage box. Perhaps to insinuate whether or not I am capable of purchasing real estate. Despite the above incident, I still responded to the message containing the request to be “kept informed” and/or to consider possibilities. After five working days, I have not yet been able to receive a response while a new garage box (in Rosmalen Viermakelaars) has become available. The garage box is also not interesting for me, but that is separate from the service you expect from a recognized real estate agent. All in all, if you are looking for a real estate agent who actively thinks and cooperates, perhaps try: ERA Real Estate (previously done business with) a very pleasant company! I certainly do not want to “bash” Viermakelaars, perhaps better service will be provided in the future.

Through expert advice and in a very friendly manner, they have helped us with decisions that you only make a few times in your life. Sincerely thank you for this, I can highly recommend them. The first introduction was good. The commission was higher than the other real estate agents we spoke with. However, the agent had the most reliable and senior appearance. Therefore, we went into business with him. As soon as the order was given, we were not informed according to need about the steps in the sales process. We had to ask many questions and wanted more contact regarding the process. During phone calls, there always seemed to be a rush, making it impossible to ask your questions calmly. The agent was late for the first viewing, causing the viewers to already be there before he arrived. Because he did not yet have the key, we were still at home ourselves at that time. When signing the purchase agreement, he was also late. The end inspection time was changed without us being informed. However, we were present by chance. The agent did not have his things with him... Also not our key, so that we could not hand over all the keys to the new owners during the transfer at the notary. The 'sold' sign would not stay up for so long. However, this was only taken down after the end inspection. It had been standing in front of the house for 4 months. After the end inspection, the agent gave more attention to the buyer's agent than to us. That also did not give a pleasant feeling. The house was indeed sold very quickly. But in our opinion, that also lay with the market and the asking price.

I can recommend this realtor to anyone due to the friendly and approachable approach. The sales brochure is very well supported, partly thanks to a skilled, patient, and friendly photographer.
