Super relaxed guy. Honest, straightforward. No fuss. Knows how to handle things very well, even in unexpected situations. And we had them. (Leakage during a viewing). The real estate agent immediately resolved this by engaging a plumber. It turned out to be due to an accumulation of leaves. Was also always easily accessible.
