In addition, there were additional costs due to energy measures, also here there was never any discussion and not necessary, Mr. Vel sticks to his invoice and wants me to pay the full (unjustified) amount. Behind a computer we feel safer. But Mr. Vel, a broker not to be trusted, gets his money because he apparently needs it more than a young couple with a baby. Think 3 times before collaborating with this man, otherwise just save up anyway. Because an agreement is not an agreement even if it's on paper.
