Unfortunately, I cannot give a lower score than this. The worst real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Knew how to talk a lot about his personal life, friends and how much money they have but didn't know the important things like the location of the garden and property boundary, for example. Several loved ones wondered if Mendes is a real realtor or does this as a hobby. Never seen such a poorly written purchase agreement! I would recommend Mendes if you want to know a lot about his personal affairs but if you really want to know something substantial about a house, I would run past this realtor.

Terrible realtor, says a lot does little. Empty promises. Made mistake after mistake with everything and the purchase agreement, and doesn't even do it himself but has it done. Everything is handled by phone, nothing is answered by email or app so you have little to rely on if you have complaints. He is not affiliated with any organization either, so complaining afterwards is pointless. Be careful with this realtor, sweet talk to get a commission. Once he has it, you are no longer interesting and he only earns brokerage fees.

Realistic representation of things, does not create too high expectations. Always reachable even outside office hours. Bringing documents or a trip to the notary, nothing is too much asked. Is patient and will calmly explain matters that are unclear. Takes into account separating partners and will communicate with them separately and respect their privacy.
