He doesn't keep his appointments. You agree on a rate (confirmed in black and white by email) and then he starts making things difficult after a few days, while we had pleasant contact beforehand.
About a week or two ago, an email was sent with a question. So far, not even a response has been received. Sending a message acknowledging receipt of the question seems not so difficult. Then indicate that you will come back to it.
Frank is an absolute professional. He explains everything clearly, removes all concerns, and is just a very nice person. I would always recommend Frank and therefore 't Hof.
I had the appraisal of my new home carried out through Frank, NWWI validated. Despite the fact that it all had to be last minute and quickly due to the mortgage provider, Frank took care of everything and processed it quickly! I would definitely recommend him.
